I spent eleven years as an Advocate & Solicitor before I ever picked up a stage microphone for a living. That courtroom instinct (read the room, hold the line, never lose your composure under pressure) is what I bring to a royal dais, a ministry summit, or a live broadcast with a run-of-show that changes twenty minutes before doors open.
I work unscripted in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, and I've stepped in as a spontaneous court interpreter when the moment called for it. I hold formal training in protocol management from the Department of Ceremonials of the Prime Minister's Department, the kind of grounding that matters when you're standing three feet from a Sultan or a Deputy Prime Minister and the order of address cannot be improvised.
